A precursor in exploring the extremes of ultra-trail running in the longer distances this annual festival of races presents, this 21 kilometre was a little tough one that made for some nice racing and pacing over a part of the world that connects us to our upbringing and early running days in Africa’s most beautiful city and mountain respectively - Cape Town and Table Mountain, one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature.
