Wolfberg Cracks – Cederberg Wilderness Area

Iconic landmarks always intrigue and draw a crowd. Natural landmarks even more so for young boys who just love sand, rocks, and the great outdoors in combination. Add some trails which take the intrigue to another level of adventure, and we find ourselves back in the Cederberg Conservancy, this time, to have some fun in amongst the Wolfberg Cracks, late November 2024.

Last time out here it was the Maltese Cross. Stepping it up a little in the challenge to visit these magnificent natural phenomena of this area, the Wolfberg Cracks takes the ascent and technical terrain to a playground level of excitement, intrigue, and wonder.

Enjoy this fun Tale of steep inclines and narrow cracks on a brilliant early summer day!

Jethro (4 years) and Josiah (7 years 7 months): overhang hangout with fake rock art, centre!
